BEEF AND CORN CASSEROLE

A quick and easy casserole that is the epitome of comfort food.

1 ground beef, lean or 2 cans of beef chunks
1 onion, finely chopped
6 potatoes, thinly sliced or 2 cans of potatoes, sliced
1 can cream style corn
1 cup milk made from powdered milk

Dice onion and wash and slice potatoes. In a large skillet, brown ground beef and onion. Place potato slices in the bottom of a greased casserole dish. top with ground beef and onion mixture. Spread corn over meat. Pour milk on top. Season with salt and pepper. Bake at 350 for 90 minutes.
