Cream Cheese Fudge

1 pound sugar
½ cup cocoa
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 cube butter
3 oz cream cheese

Put all of the above in a strong zip lock baggie.
Knead it until it is all mixed well.
Make into pieces.
May put it in the freezer for 30 minutes to let it set up.

I got this recipe from a student teacher teaching in my classroom.
It was a lot of fun to make in class.
