Enchilada Dish

Fry 1 package corn tortillas, not hard but quite soft.

Mix:
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can evaporated milk
1 can green chili peppers
2 Tablespoons chili powder (optional)
Cook until slightly thickened.

1 cup grated cheese.

Layer cheese, cream mixture and tortillas in a baking dish a little at a time.

Use all the ingredients, several layers.

Sprinkle cheese on top, enough to completely cover.


Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
