Gregson Chili Rellenos

1-2 (7 oz.) cans green chilies
1 pound grated Cheddar cheese.
1 can evaporated milk
Salt and pepper to taste
1 pound grated Monterey Jack cheese
4 eggs, separated
3 Tablespoons flour

Grease 9 x 13 inch pan.
Layer with ½ chilies on bottom.
Add all Cheddar cheese.
Put rest of chilies on top of Cheddar.
Add Monterey Jack.
Beat egg yolks with flour, milk, and salt and pepper.
Beat egg whites till stiff.
Put whites on Jack cheese.
Pour egg yolk mixture on top.
Cook for 45 to 60 minutes at 350 degrees.
