Mexican Hay Stacks

Cut flour tortillas into strips-bake them until golden. Salt them if desired.

Prepare pinto beans.

Prepare taco meat.

Shred cheddar cheese and lettuce.

Place tortilla strips on plate, pinto beans, taco meat, cheddar cheese, and lettuce.

Top with your choice of onions, green peppers, avacado, Thousand Island, Ranch, Blue Cheese, sour cream and salsa.
