2 pounds of ground beef, cooked or 2 cans of beef chunks
2 teaspoons powdered onion
2 10 3/4 oz cans of tomato soup
2/3 cup catsup
1 20 oz package frozen "shoestring" (thin) French Fried potatoes or dehydrated hash browns. Soak them in water for about 30 minutes, then drain well.
Stir together meat, soup, catsup and spices.
Stir in frozen fries.
Put into a 9" 13" baking dish.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
If you would like to top with cheese; sprinkle with cheddar cheese the last 5 minutes of baking time.
