Fry for 5 minutes:
1 Tablespoon oil
diced chicken (about 2 whole fryer breasts diced)
Add a cook 3 minutes:
3 cups broccoli flowerets
1 medium red pepper-diced
1/2 pound mushrooms-sliced
3 Tablespoons finely minced scallions
Mix in a separate bowl:
1 cup chicken broth
1 Tablespoon corn starch
1 Tablespoon soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon Tabasco
Add everything together.
Sprinkle 2 Tablespoon of cashew on top, just before serving.
