Saghetti Sauce

Fry ground beef in oil with 3 cloves of minced garlic and 1 teaspoon onion salt.

Add 1 cup thinly sliced mushrooms, cook until soft. Keep meat mixture warm.

Mix together in a very large sauce pan:
1 can tomato paste
2 cans tomato sauce
1 teaspoon oregano flakes
1 teaspoon parsley flakes
1 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup water

Add the meat mixture and simmer 20 minutes.
