1 (8oz) pkg. cream cheese
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
6 Tablespoons butter
2 cups diced chicken or turkey
¾ cup mushrooms or celery cooked until tender (optional)
Melted butter
Bread or cracker crumbs
1 tube of Crescent rolls
Cream cheese, salt, pepper and butter.
Add chicken and mushrooms and/or celery.
Cut rolls in halves, making 16.
Spoon mixture on flattened rolls and roll up.
Pinch together.
Dip in melted butter and roll in crumbs.
Bake on greased cookie sheet at 375° for 20 minutes.
