Cheeseburger Pie

One pound ground beef or 2 cans beef chunks
1 onion
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup Bisquick mix (I use my homemade mix)
1 cup milk
2 eggs

Heat oven to 400 degrees.

Grease a 9 inch pie plate.
Cook beef and onion.
Spread on pie plate.
Mix the rest of the ingredients together.
Pour over the meat.
Sprinkle cheese over the top.
Bake for 25 minutes or until a knife comes out clean.
