4-6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts or 2 cans chicken chunks
1 package onion soup mix (I use 1 Tablespoons Shirley J. brand)
1 can cranberries (whole or jelly)
1 bottle Catalina or Russian Salad Dressing. Also good with Catalina Bacon flavor.
Grease the dish.
Mix onion soup, cranberries and dressing in the greased dish.
Add the chicken and mix it around.
Once chicken is completely covered, arrange chicken in sauce so it is not overlapping and bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
Serve or rice.
