You will not believe how sensational and succulent this sirloin turns out!
2 pounds beef sirloin, cut into 2 inch strips
1 teaspoon garlic powder, more or less as desired
1/2 cup red onion, chopped
1 Large green pepper, chopped
1 can Stewed tomatoes, 10 ounce size
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
Sprinkle garlic powder onto sirloin strips. Heat 3 tablespoons vegetable oil in large skillet and brown the meat. Transfer into a slow cooker. Pour 1/4 cup hot water over meat. Add remaining ingredients and cook on high 3-4 hours or low 6-8 hours.
